We encourage you to come in and experience what we have to offer. We would be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Tours are offered Monday–Friday between 9:15-11:15 am, and by appointment only between 3:30-5:00 pm. Please fill out the wait list and tour application below and indicate your preferred tour time and date.

There are no fees or deposits needed to be placed on our wait-list.

Hugs-n-Hearts Polaris, located on Antares Avenue. Both Polaris buildings are home to our 18 months to Pre-K programs and Private Kindergarten classroom.

H-N-H Campus school age building. The school age building is connected to Hugs-n-Hearts (Polaris) and is home to our Olentangy Kindergarten Wrap-Around and before & after school program. Transportation is available before & after school to Olentangy Meadows, Oak Creek, Glen Oak, Alum Creek, Arrowhead, Walnut Creek, Heritage, Freedom Trail and Worthington Park (after school only).

Hugs-n-Hearts North Campus, located on Lewis Center Rd, Galena. The North location features 18 months to Pre-K, Kindergarten Wrap-Around, and before and after school transportation to Walnut Creek, Johnnycake Corners, Cheshire, General Rosecrans, and Big Walnut Elementary schools.
